Joseph M. Callahan Jr. brings an extensive background in executive management to this successful business brokerage and consulting firm. Over a thirty year period, Joe worked as an Engineer, VP of Engineering, and Executive Vice President of Operations and, for nearly two decades, as President & Chief Executive Officer of a multi-plant high-tech manufacturing company.
The blending of these experiences, coupled with an extensive background in Strategic Planning and the development and analysis of business finance related to mergers and acquisitions, result in an informed brokerage firm ready to meet its client’s needs.
Mr. Callahan is a Certified Business Broker (BBN) and a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (NEBBS Institute). He holds a degree in Engineering from Roger Williams University. He is a member of the New England Business Brokers Association as well as the International Business Brokers Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. Additionally, Joe is past President and Chairman, respectively, of two major U.S. industry organizations (SPE, SPI). He also serves on several area Board of Directors.
