Eduardo Sosa-Branger is a Venezuelan Attorney from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. With over 30 years of professional experience, Eduardo worked as a Commercial Banker from 1975 to 1994 during which time he was Director and President of several financial, investment and real estate development companies.
His latest experience, prior to becoming a full-time business intermediary, was as Director and General Manager of the Venezuelan Subsidiary of Unisys Corporation. He held this position for over six years during which he managed a group of 175 dedicated team players that increased subsidiary sales from US$ 20 million to US$ 63 million in four years.
Since 2003 he has been a full time business broker having been involved personally or as part of a team in over 100 business acquisitions.
He sees his previous banking, management and legal work experience as pillars for his successful business brokerage career.
