Since 2002, our principal broker, John Coto, has been helping NH and Mass business sellers and buyers towards achieving their business goals. John has earned the designations of "Certified Business Intermediary", by the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association) and the designation of "Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser" by the National Equipment and Business Broker Institute. John is a Senior Business Analyst with the Society of Business Analyst. He is also a licensed NH Real Estate Agent.
