Mr. Klinge has more than twenty-five years experience in business operations, marketing and commercial and industrial development. Before starting his own M&A firm, he was Vice President of Marketing for a national software firm serving higher education. He
spent more than fifteen years in marketing and management of firms involved in high tech plastics, information technology, manufacturing, retail and service businesses. Mr. Klinge is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Iowa. He has earned the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation awarded by the International Business Brokers Association. He earned the Certified Business Counselor(CBC) designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, and the Certified
Senior Business Analyst (CSBA) designation from the Society of Business Analysts. In 2008 Mr. Klinge earned the title of Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser from the NEBB Institute in Kansas City. He is one of only two certified M&E appraisers
in the state.
