Snow & Yarus Business Broker Network, LLC is the spin-off business element of Snow Realty, Inc. initially established in 1989. It specialized in both commercial Real Estate and in the profession of Business Brokerage; however, with sophistication and complexity of Business Brokering, it became evident that selling or buying a business is much different than selling or buying anything else! Modern computer technology has radically changed the scope of available tools to assist with both the valuation and marketing of businesses just as it has in real estate. We have been entrusted with the marketing of many businesses worth millions of dollars over the years and enjoy an excellent reputation for professionalism and integrity from first contact, negotiations and follow-through from contract inception to settlement. Laura Snow Yarus, Principal Business Broker:
Attended Radford University, James Madison University and Rappahannock Community College. She has many years of business ownership and business management experience in all aspects of business development , accounting, finances, operations, marketing and sales. Laura’s longterm experience in real estate formerly includes Weichert Realty and Century 21 and is currently an active Realtor with Snow Realty.
She is a member of the International Business Broker Associator (IBBA).Shes is active in all facets of networking through the Chamber of Commerce and other business related organiztions. She is also a veteran and has served in the Army.
Richard C. Snow, Senior Business Broker:
Graduated from Virginia Tech, BA and University of Northern Colorado, MA, he is a retired Navy Officer and past owner of several businesses. Since 1976 he was formerly affiliated with other real estate broker companies including Century 21 and Merrill Lynch. He established Snow Realty Inc. in 1989 and since that time has engaged in both the Real Estate and Business Broker professions. As a member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA) he was awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).
