Along with the many sales that I have brokered, I have also owned and sold two businesses of my own: a Gift Store/Mail Order Business, and a Home Inspection Company. Because of my entrepreneurial spirit I can relate to all the angst and ecstasy that goes along with business ownership. My background is contract negotiations and arbitration, and I thrive on eliminating obstacles that would deter us from the closing table.
