We are relationship driven and are more than happy to provide referrals from satisfied clients.

Mark Stich, broker and owner of MTS Holdings, LCC. d/b/a MS Business Brokerage which is located at W7815 Shore Acres Road, Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Mark spent 16 months with a national business broker. Mark was awarded as one of the top 20 producers in the company out of 1100 brokers, had over 30 businesses listed and had closed numerous transactions. With 30 plus years of business experience, a finance degree from Arizona State University, a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s license, a State of Wisconsin registered Real Estate Entity, and having owned three companies in the past, Mark comes with real life brokerage and business ownership experience. Mark has made his career working with accountants and business owners throughout the state. As a retail stock broker for seven years, Mark concentrated on private equity placements, and has completed hundreds of transactions with both buyers and sellers.
As Vice President of Operations with Lab Safety Supply, Mark was instrumental as the company grew from 25 million dollars in sales to 126 million dollars in sales over a four year period. Steeped in operations, finance, accounting experience, and having owned three businesses in the past, Mark comes with broad experience in financing, strategic planning and capital funding. He has developed a network of accountants in the state specializing in Mergers, Acquisitions and business sales. His past ownership in a catalogue company, Internet Service Provider and a specialty lens producer, Mark has experience with employees, sales, marketing, finance and dealing with regulatory authorities. Mark is a relationship oriented commercial/business broker.
