About the Founder: David Foran is a highly recommended business and finance consultant. He has more than 16 years experience advising corporate executives and public officials with regard to financial matters. Since 1997, David has advised buyers and sellers involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in transactions as large as $50 million. Prior to that, David worked for investment banking and independent consulting firms advising state and local officials regarding the issuance of public securities of up to $46 million. David earned his BSBA in Finance & Economics from Central Michigan University. He earned his MSF in Corporate Finance with Honors from Walsh College. David is a graduate of the School of Business Brokerage and member of Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) as well as Texas Independent Automotive Association (TIAA).
