Before I was a business owner, I was an account representative with Genesis Network where I planned international and domestic conferences and events which included coordinating travel arrangements for over 3,000 participants per affair.As you can imagine, business owners do not want to just list their business opportunities but want to get their businesses sold. I have sold multi- million dollar properties in Houston, Texas, and beachfront properties well over a million dollars when I first began my real estate career more than 25 years ago.
