My job is to find the best buyer as quickly as possible. All buyers will be pre-qualified for financial and professional capabilities. Once the right buyer is located, careful negotiations takes place and the preparation of the Purchase Agreement follows. With a fully executed Purchase Agreement in the hands of the buyer and seller. the orchestration of the due diligence period begins and continues until the actual sale is finalized. This allows the seller the freedom to continue to run his business with minimal interruption while I take care of the business of selling his business.
