As the Managing Director of VR Business Brokers of Fort Worth/Arlington, Raj Croager has a strong and diverse background in management, with extensive experience in the franchise industry. Before opening VR Business Brokers of Fort Worth/Arlington, Raj held senior leadership positions for 13 years with FASTSIGNS International, Inc., a leading international sign and graphics franchise. Most recently, Raj served as FASTSIGNS’ Chief Information Officer (CIO) and vice president of information technology. In those roles, he provided both hands-on management and strategic direction for the company’s technology needs, leading processes to support the information technology requirements of more than 550FASTSIGNS® centers worldwide. Raj began working with FASTSIGNS in 1996 as a franchise business consultant receiving the company’s exclusive Franchise Business Consultant of the Year Award in his second year. As a Franchise Business Consultant Raj focused on helping small business owners run highly efficient and profitable businesses, define business and personal goals, and develop Exit Strategies to maximize their investments. Prior to joining FASTSIGNS, Raj held various management roles in the restaurant industry. As the Managing Director of VR Business Brokers of Fort Worth/Arlington, Raj applies his diverse management, technology and operational experience to meet the needs of business buyers and sellers alike.
