The initial idea was to offer people professional portraits for all their various photo needs. Eventually, the company narrowed down their service offerings so they could specialize in the things they did best and enjoyed doing the most. The studio began as an in home business and in April of 2006, they purchased the building which is the current location. The historic building was in dire need of remodeling. The owners completely remodeled the building preserving some very unique and beautiful features, such as the original molded tin ceiling and interior brick walls. There is great potential right now for the studio. There are no other full time studios in operation at the local level. Two of their main competitors are in towns 150 miles away. All other photographers in the area only operate on a part time basis.
