Oilfield Roustabout and Production work in Northeast Montana and Northwest North Dakota, on the edge of the Bakken play which is about 90 miles south of us in Richland County MT. There has recently been a Bakken discovery in Divide County North Dakota about 40 miles east of the business. The well is in the working area at the present time. They are very active in the Dagmar and Coal ridge. They have taken care of the consulting on the completion of new wells and construction of production facilities, day to day monitoring of production. Currently in the process of building 6 miles of pipe line for a Client for a salt water gathering system as well as handing all of their day to day operations. In the last year there have been 16 new wells drilled in the immediate area, 4 of which were in field where the companies had operational people in place, 1 was a dry hole, and 11 were consulted and completed by, facilities constructed and the day to day operations are handled by this company. Most of the wells in this area were drilled in the 70's and 80's and are 30 years old and older. This means that the maintenance on these older wells and their equipment is increasing. The well bores themselves, also suffer from time. The Company has people in place with the knowledge and experience to consult and manage down hole well bore maintenance and work over operations. On a day to day basis there are lease operators that make the rounds and check the day to day operations and perform minor Maintenance and check production figures and report production on the 75 wells that are pumped every day.
