As one of the longest-running private case management providers in its Pacific Northwest region, the Company boasts a well-deserved reputation for dedicated care of the highest caliber. Despite a slight dip due to a reimbursement rate cut for a particular service, the Company still posted 2007 revenue of $2.98 million and $266,000 in EBITDA. Thereafter and through 2012, management is projecting annual revenue growth at an average rate of 7.3%, to top sales of $4.25 million by the end of the forecast period. Services center around Development Disability Agency (DDA) therapy (55% of sales); targeted services coordination, also know as case management (32%); and psychosocial rehabilitation (12%). A highly talented staff, ranging between 105 and 140 employees depending on need, includes RNs, licensed social workers, developmental specialists, intensive behavior intervention specialists, educators, and trained therapy technicians. Pricing is governed by Medicaid guidelines, with approximately 85% of billings directly reimbursed by Medicaid and the remainder billed to the school districts for which the Company provides services. Maintains multiple facilities and serves clients across a number of different counties; totaling 13,250 square feet, nearly all of the facilities are Company-owned and available for sale or long-term lease along with the business. At present, the Company’s client base includes 600 targeted services coordination clients, 120 developmental disability agency clients, and 25 adult mental health program clients. Children’s services presently generate about 80% of billings, but the Company is focused on further developing their adult service offerings as a major growth driver, in addition to the Company’s burgeoning autism program.
