Operates in the residential/light commercial (36% of 2007 revenues), commercial/industrial (30%), and service (34%) markets, which helps to ensure the Company’s stability. In-house CAD capabilities for new construction electrical design. Extensive experience with a diversity of contract types, including negotiated - maximum guaranteed price (around 50% of business), spec and bid - lump sum (25%) and time and materials (25%). Bonded for $1,000,000 per project and $2,500,000 in aggregate, with most invoices averaging between $10,000 and $50,0000.
