The menu offers a variety of items including delicious pizzas, pasta, salads, appetizers, desserts, calzone wraps and hoagie sandwiches. The business was started by the current owners in July of 2003 and was the first franchise in Minnesota. There are currently 5 franchises in Minnesota with a 6th currently under construction. The husband works the business approximately 40-45 hrs per week and handles the bookwork. The wife works limited hours, only a few hrs per week. The franchise fees are 6% for royalties and 2% for the marketing. The Sellers will train a buyer to ensure a smooth transition.
