This is a full service tanning salon. It has been in operation at this location since 2002. Sunsational Tan has over 2,500 customers in the Computer Data base. I have owned and operated this business since 2004 and we doubled the volume of service and products sold. This business is in a well known location with a huge traffic count on a daily basis. We have a total of 9 tanning units. We offer 10min, 12min, and 20min tanning. We currently have over 30 eft tanning members as well. During the busy season Sunsational Tan has around 95 person customer count per day and in the slower time of year anywhere between 30-60 people per day.

The Tanning Salon is located in a leased building next to Advanced Auto Parts store. Sunsational Tan in located in Gautier Mississippi across the street from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Jackson county campus. The college campus is one of the largest in South Mississippi. It also hosts The University of Southern Mississippi students. The building is approx 1,200 square foot. Plenty of parking and is basically on the corner of Hwy 49 and Gautier-Vancleave Rd. These two roads are the most traveled in the City of Gautier. The Town of Gautier is next to the largest work force city in the State of Mississippi. Market Competition and Expansion:

The city of Gautier use to have 3 tanning salons. I put two out of business, do to our clean facility, and quality of sales, and service. One other tanning salon exists in Gautier which is currently for sale and has been bought and sold several times. Which they only have one type of package a month and also has one level bed, and does not have half the equipment that Sunsational Tan offers. |
