History: The sports bar was opened in the fall of 2007. Prior to the sports bar, the location was a Blockbuster Video and is located in a stand alone building on a main artery in the town. Since its opening, business has been steadily increasing and with the addition of liquor sales, the revenues and profits have improved significantly.
Sales And Cash Flow: Revenues for calendar year 2008 are expected to exceed $400,000 exclusive of games revenue. After splitting the games net on a 60 / 40 basis, the new owner should realize net income in excess of $250,000 annually. With the addition of liquor sales, this could be higher.
Marketing Strategy: The Company does some minor marketing. However, it has grown primarily by word of mouth and hosting “billiards teams” to grow the business.
