The Company’s name and brand represents a leading name in the cabinet industry, with strong client relationships having developed as a result of consistent quality work and good customer service. No formal advertising or marketing programs are utilized. The Company is currently marketing itself quite successfully through continuous personal networking and relationship-based activities combined with the Company’s excellent reputation and word-of-mouth referrals. Two principles who purchased the Company in 2004 and control 100% of ownership, set the business direction and are active in day-to-day operation of the business. The staff consists of a management team of 6 plus 172 full time and 3 part-time, non-union employees, many of whom are very experienced and have been with the company long-term.
