We are pleased to offer to the market this well established tile studio, which has been trading successfully since 1973.
The current vendor has been in constant ownership since its inception and is reluctantly selling due to a desire to retire.
The studio provides a wide range of middle to top range tiles for both wall and floor, manufactured in England, Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey.
Most of the customer base is private although occasionally they supply to trade as well. These customers are both local and within a 20 mile radius. Records are at hand of all past customers although these are not as yet transferred to computer.
These customers tend to be repeat but a lot are achieved by word of mouth and recommendation, once the new superstore is built opposite to the showroom, there is now a possibility of additional lift in turnover.
Apart from ancillaries, all orders are treated as ‘order for an order’ which means that stocks are kept to a minimum. The selection to order from is very high.
