Market Competition and Expansion:
New business has been good as customers respond well to Yellow Page advertisements as well as repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers. Revenue dropped slightly from 2006 to 2008 (down -3.5%) however net income and net discretionary cash flow (NDCF) increased 60% and 110% respectively over the same period. The 2009 YTD level of sales is projected to be down approximately 25% as a result of a serious owner illness that required his absence for almost 8 months. He recently returned and business has already picked up and should continue to improve even if these difficult economic times. However net income and NDCF has a run rate that is substantially equal to 2008.
