This is not your ordinary everyday pizza restaurant. For the past 3 years, they have been handcrafting authentic NY-style pizza using recipes that have won both Editor and Reader’s Choice awards by the San Antonio Express News. In addition, they offer Italian-style pastas, fantastic sandwiches and salads. It is located just off the Riverwalk and across the street from the County courthouse and a park square with bench seats and fountains. The lunchtime business is very strong, accounting for 75%-85% of sales. This is a popular meeting place for attorneys and regular orders are placed by local office buildings, hotels, banks, bars, the City, the County, and other nonprofit groups in the area. They do not have a beer/wine license and do not make deliveries unless within walking distance. Market Competition and Expansion:

First, and by far the easiest, is to expand sales volume by reinitializing driver deliveries to the nearby residential neighborhoods that surround the area. This effort alone could easily double sales and profits. Second is to expand the physical location by leasing the small unoccupied space adjoining the restaurant that overlooks the river which could be further expanded by acquiring a beer/wine license and providing outdoor seating on the riverfront for guests to enjoy.
