A developer or building contractor supplies the business with full details of the required work to be undertaken in order that the company can provide a quotation for either the completed job or item by item. Upon agreement the database is searched to source the appropriate team and selected by experience and location. Labour prices are agreed and the project initiated.
The benefit to the carpenters is significant. They must have a Unique Tax Reference and a CSCS card proving that they have attended a site safety course. After which all their paper work is completed for them This includes Health & Safety, Inland Revenue and Construction Industry Safety Standards. All invoicing and payment is taken care of and they therefore receive regular payment.
