For sale is an equity stake in a company that develops and manufactures sophisticated, and distinctive watches that reflect a mid 20th Century design. The owner is a world renowned authority on vintage and contemporary watches, appearing regularly as an appraiser on the Antiques Road Show. He has a tremendous breadth of experience working with watch designs over the last 100 years and has selected a few concepts he wants to take into production. He is looking to partner with an experienced marketer of watches, or other luxury goods, to the retail industry and Internet markets. The manufacturing is done over seas. The company essentially designs, markets and distributes the watches. Target market price at retail is at $625 a piece.
