This convenience store is a full-scale convenience store with a full line of convenience store items, gasoline and lottery. The owner recently acquired a beer and wine license which is a C1, C2 and D6 license. The business has been a store and gasoline station for many years and the owner just took over the business in mid 2006. He has done a tremendous job with the sales for his short time as owner. The owner currently spends a minimum amount of time in the store, as he relies on help to perform most of the day to day operations and he does the supervisory work necessary for the operation.
