The March Group, LLC currently represents a well-established manufacturer of multiple branded lines of high-grade, specialty construction and industrial equipment. The Company’s products have always set the standard for the markets in which the firm operates, not only increasing the speed at which work is performed, but allowing the worker to fundamentally improve both the ergonomics of and the manner in which the work is completed. The Company posted sales of $4,350,000 in fiscal 2007, supported only by a very basic sales and marketing program. Intellectual property portfolio includes 10 live patents and 9 patents pending. Approximately 2/3 of sales are ultimately generated through sales to equipment rental centers, with the remainder deriving from sales to specialty tool retailers.
