Our goal is to provide all our customers high quality seed conditioning, whether they are farmers planting their own bin-run seed or seed dealers/growers with registered or certified seed. Our system is an approved conditioner (KS & OK) and consists of a Crippen M5472RH screen cleaner (width grader) with incoming and outgoing air and an Ideal SF8 eight cylinder separator (length grader) with it’s own scalper and air aspirator. This provides us with screens, 3 air systems, and 8 indent cylinders for grading large, medium, and small grain. There are overhead bypass augers that allow either machine to run independently of the other if only one type of cleaner is used. The feed-in auger is attached to the input leg mounted on the back of the trailer. It is hinged in the center and folds up and rests on the back of the trailer for transport. The clean grain and trash augers are attached swing-out affairs that are located at the front of the cleaners just behind the cabin. There are five legs installed. We have Aux. connections to provide the customer with 110 volt and 220 volt single phase, and 240 volt 3 phase power if needed. It is also equipped with two 175 psi 2 stage air-compressors that feed a single air tank for use in clean out. It is equipped with lights for working at night. There is a folding work platform on both sides and back of the trailer that allows you to walk around the cleaners to operate them when on the job site and when folded up for transport acts as sideboards to keep loose support objects from falling off the trailer when going down the road to another job site. The rig was designed to back up to large grain bins with floor augers and feed from our hopper placed under their discharge. It also works well dumping trucks into our hopper. We dump clean grain into trucks or grain carts pulled up beside our rig. We also can drop grain into the customer’s auger (with our special attachment) that he would use to return clean grain to an adjacent empty bin. Normally a truck or trailer is parked under the swing out trash auger. We have a maximum capacity of 550 bph certified quality cleaning. Our average in the past has been around 450 to 500 bph. The rig is 70 feet long and approximately 13 feet 10 inches high. It has a cabin that has a bathroom with sink and shower, bedroom, kitchen, and office. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, built-in stereo, and satellite weather radar with mapping program and GPS (optional). The air-conditioner is a roof mounted Coleman heat pump. We also have electric space heaters in the cabin and basement (basement heater keeps water from freezing in winter and heats the tile floor in trailer). There are two diesel generators. One is a Multi Quip 60SSI (50kw) three phase 240/480 volt driven by a 78 hp Isuzu 6 cyl. quiet diesel mounted behind the sleeper of the truck. The other is an Onan 8,000 watt 110 volt Quiet Diesel Recreational Vehicle generator mounted under the cabin of the trailer. The cabin water system has two water pumps. One for internal on-board water tanks (100 gallons) and the other an external tank pump to take water from the nurse tank on the pickup truck (60 gallons). The water heater is a 10 gallons Gas and/or electric. Run both gas and electric and have unlimited continuous hot water. Normally gas alone provides plenty for 2 showers. The truck (prime mover) is a 1993 Freight liner FLD 120 with a 48 inch flat top sleeper. This is the hired hands bedroom. The truck is also wired for 110 volt (plugged into the trailer). It is also equipped with satellite TV, DVD and has an electric heater and built in window type air-conditioner. Also included is a 12X6 ft. enclosed cargo trailer with extra parts.
