This franchise coffee, espresso, and smoothie shop located in an office building in downtown Detroit. This franchise sells coffees, espresso, cappuccino, tea, smoothies, muffins, cookies, power bars, nutrition shakes, water, energy drinks, coffee by the pound, cookies, etc. (see menu in file). It is operated full time by the owner plus two part time employees. The hours are ideal and they are opened only Monday through Friday, plus for major events. Franchise fees and advertising fees are paid on the wholesale purchases of products and are 6% royalties and 2% advertising. Again these percentages are on the wholesale purchases of product.
