Business for Sale Overview:

These restaurant owners are not willing to publicly announce that they are for sale as all four are well-known, profitable establishments. Two of the restaurants will require that the Buyer demonstrate their successful background in the restaurant industry. Once the Buyer has been identified as serious and an appropriate restaurant(s) is/are chosen, the restaurant owner will be given the information on the Buyer and asked to allow the Broker to specifically identify the restaurant and follow through with the prospective Buyer on a standard confidentiality agreement basis.

Market Competition and Expansion:

Strong, on-site management should assist two of these four restaurants. Additional catering is an option for one of the other two restaurants while the third and fourth restaurants can be expanded through the marketing of a meeting room or the addition of a lanai with additional seating. Two of the restaurants could also be expanded by increasing their hours of operation. - In the two cases where the fee interest might be made available in the property, there would be an additional payment for this interest.
