As an upscale, quality driven coffeehouse, we offer ONLY the highest grade premium coffees (as well as other drinks/products) in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are catering to an upscale clientele and by owning a license, you are opening a door to a new life. However, at this point in time, we are looking for distributors. Eventually we will look for entrepreneurs to open these coffee shops locally.
According to the Specialty Coffee Association of America, everyday, Americans drink more than 300 million cups of coffee. Gourmet coffee is the fastest growing trend in coffee consumption. 60% of the adult population now enjoys an occasional specialty coffee, either brewed at home or at their favorite drive-thru/kiosk.
Consumers are willing to pay premium prices for a quality gourmet product.

Property Features and Assets:
Each store will be from 900-2,000 sq. ft. and will follow a pre configured design. Again, this is phase 2. Currently, we are only loking for distributors.
Distributors will only need warehouse space with a small office.
Market Competition and Expansion:
The one major competitor (you know who that is) has stores that are 99% company owned. There is almost no opportunity to own one of their stores. After we fill the distributor spots we will begin to open our stores locally.

These are new distributorships being sold.
