At that time, they offered a newsletter writing service for cleaning companies and aligned themselves with Chem-Dry franchises across North America. They put together quarterly newsletters for each subscribing franchise and emailed them to them for them to use their own printer, they also ordered printing and mailing for them as well. When the owner returned to his sales career, he cut back on advertising, put together a CD with newsletters on it and phased out the custom writing service and focused on just fulfilling orders. In 2004 he purchased the assets of another marketing company - Squid Marketing. Those products were transferred to CD as well and are part of the business that is now for sale.
