Market Competition and Expansion:
The Company has a great reputation of being reliable and delivering on time. The Company bids on the projects from larger companies and the business model is working very well for them. Most of the business is sub contracted from larger companies and the business is mostly repeat customers.
The Company has done very little sales & marketing of the Company. There has been adequate work through word of mouth sources to maintain substantial growth momentum.
The owner believes that substantial growth can continue in the following ways:
Establish a marketing plan.
Hire/contract as necessary to have a concentrated sales & marketing effort in “the field.”
