Hire an additional broker to increase the volume of loads and calls handled daily with current, as well as new shippers and carriers, to increase sales and margins.
Develop an interactive website, where available loads could be posted and carriers could view and respond on-line.
The owner feels the Gross Profit Margin could be increased from the current 6.5 – 7.0% without significant loss of carriers using the company’s services.
