Today, the company operates primarily as a General Contractor concentrating in institutional construction which includes municipal buildings and schools and a host of Government projects in the growing area that they serve. This segment has recently been bolstered by several of the Obama economy initiatives.
The company has recently generated revenues in excess of $3.2MM with revenues as high as $8.3MM as recently as 3 years ago. The business currently has a total of $2.8MM in work in progress under contract. Everything is included in the sale, from the real estate to the office equipment to the construction equipment to the supplies and the knowledge base to ensure a smooth transition to the new owner.
