Facilities include hop drying and baling facilities (approximately 1.5-million-pound capacity), cold storage, and two homes, including a luxury four-bedroom home.
Due to its strong reputation and excellent customer relationships, the company has benefited from strong sales growth in recent years. Between 2006 and 2008, sales nearly quadrupled at a CAGR of 90.2 percent from $1.08 million in 2006 to $3.92 million in 2008. In 2009, management anticipates further growth with sales reaching $5.6 million, an increase of 42.9 percent with hop production of 1,010,000 pounds. Profitability, as measured by EBITDA, increased from $100,303 (9.3 percent margin) in 2006 to $2.27 million (57.9 percent margin) in 2008. Fiscal 2009 EBITDA is forecast to reach $3.66 million (65.3 percent margin).
