This company was founded by the owner many decades ago. They specialize in crystal lighting, but have other lighting primarily for residential purposes. Many of the products are imported from Europe and Asia and then assembled in the US. Sales for the company before the recession were about $6 Million with about 10% cash flow. The lackluster building market and poor economy have pushed sales down by almost half and the company is at about a break even now. They have almost $2 Million of inventory and $1 Million of external debt. The company has no sales and marketing and is in need of this.
