We're located on the Canadian border in down east Maine. Its a great place to live and raise a family. It has great boating, fishing both on salt water and many lakes.We're the closest gas station to the Canadian border. Our gas price is about 75 cents less a gallon than in Canada so we have a large CANADIAN clientele. There was a new bridge/border crossing recently opened in November about 3 miles north of us which now handles all commercial traffic and trucks which has had a very positive effect on our business. It has reduced the line ups and congestion so cars coming in to the U.S. can come and go allot quicker. In December we had the busiest day and week for the last year. Sales on one day were over $18,000. wit over 6000 gallons of gas. The big question on everyone's mind over the last couple of years was "What effect will the new bridge have on our business?" Well the verdict is in and its in our favor.
