This is a very well established amusement coin-operated machine route that is now under 3rd generation ownership. This vending route has an established track record of 65 years and a stable customer base. This industry has proven to be recession resistant; folks are always willing to spend a quarter in their pocket. The fact that we have operated continuously for 65 years is proof of this.
The route consists of 32 locations with 200 vending machines on site. These are amusement vending machines (digital jukeboxes, pool tables, pinball machines, foosball, video games, air hockey, etc.). All machines are metered to insure proper and accurate collections. The revenues/collections are all 100% cash. The route runs 5 days a week with deposits made daily.
There are no turn-over inventory issues to deal with such as sodas, snacks, plush toys etc. All machines are paid for and the company is debt free. The purchase price includes computer, existing machines and tools in warehouse, all machines on location, one Ford Focus Station Wagon route car and a Ford F250 Delivery Truck with a modified bed for hauling equipment and Tommy Gate Lift with a 1,300 lb loading capability.
This is a turnkey operation and the new owner will be able to hit the ground running for immediate returns on investment. Owner can continue to grow the business by adding additional machines and locations to the route. There is local competition; however there are no exclusivity arrangements in the region and the route is located in one of the fastest growing areas in the United States: the Alabama/Florida Gulf Coast (Southwest Alabama/Northwest Florida).
This is an all cash business. Owner will provide warehouse and office (5,000 sq. ft. +) to buyer rent-free for 6 months. After 6th month rent is $1,750/month or buyer can relocate.
