This is 18,000 acres of timber great quality of timber located in Kentucky. this includes oil and gas royalties. the owner has already sold of a few of the coal royalties on part of the property. this is mostly a fast buck to chip it out. this is mostly hardwoods maple and white oak. the cruise is available for qualified buyers. A cruise has been done on 13,000 of the acres.
