Terms of sale for 90% of the boutique stores are credit card payment or COD. Larger customers—Babies R Us, Target and Amazon.com—are Net-90. Products are sold directly online, through sales representatives, as well as via e-mail, telephone and fax. Products are sold through the U.S. and internationally.
