CAMRIG manufactures, distributes and retails point of view consumer products within the action sports industry. CAMRIG products are handmade, in the USA. Since CAMRIG's inception in early October of 2009 the company has undergone large growth. Developing relationships with partner distribution companies across the globe, CAMRIG now has core operations in the United States, Europe, and Australia. We reach retail shops in over 30 countries with over 70 retailers, and our product designs are deeply rooted in all facets of media.

Property Features and Assets:
We have no physical presence, our network of retailers handles most of this for us by carrying our products in their retail stores/locations. Assets would include exclusive distribution rights to all products, multiple domains, and other currently established tangible contracts/agreements. Purchase price does *NOT* INCLUDE any physical/revolving inventory. We have 30-40k of inventory on hand at any given time. All orders are fulfilled from a warehouse in Atlanta. CAMRIG can be run from anywhere in the world.
Market Competition and Expansion:
There are no competitors, we are the only producer of kiteboarding specific photography equipment in the industry. We have established distributors in 3 countries with a 4th coming online (South Africa) over the next few weeks. Retailers and distributors function more as brand ambassadors than anything else.
