Sale includes approximately 105 residential accounts mainly in SE/SW Cape- most are in clusters and are a mix of full maintenance and "mow/blow/go". A few seasonal accounts are coming back on the route soon. MONTHLY gross typically falls between $10,000 and $12,000. I have one employee; we work 4 days/week Mon-Thurs 7:30 to 2:30 in winter and 7:30-5:30 in summer. Most monthly expenses come from gas, equipment maintenance, and employee payroll. The current employee will NOT stay on after sale of business.

There's EXCELLENT potential for new business and side work (mulch, landscaping, pavers, etc.) in Cape Coral if you want to scale the business. The area continues to experience rapid residential growth. There are many small lawn services here, but the demand for reliable and trustworthy companies continues. I turn down work and new accounts regularly because I've been content with 100-115 accounts.
