The business is located at ST MAARTEN, a French and Dutch Island. I am working with the cruise ships for 5 years with a Morgan 60 boat. I use a dock in a marina very close the cruise ships. It is a Dutch company with a license, contract with the cruise ships, and authorization for access to the pier. A captain's license is required to do day charters but this is easy to achieve. You also need experience sailing a boat.
