Grant & Blackford Counties 12. Wells, Adams & Jay Counties 13. Rush, Franklin & Decatur Counties 14. Jackson & Jennings Counties.
The average size franchise has 5 to 7 employees. Franchisor only offers single units. It is a route based business, business expansion is based on additional routes, as owners market to local insurance, real estate, property managers, etc. within their territory. Can be started out of the home, but will move into an office or warehouse facility as the business grows.
Franchisor provides a 5 ½ week training program which includes classroom and computer lab training along with hands on training utilizing a 1,400 square foot house. Upon completion of training, Field Trainer will assist new Franchisee in setting up shop.
