#2). Prep plant with 100 car unit load-out on csx plus some equipment. Price $ 7,500,000, permits and bonding included.
#3). 1044 acres with 8.5 million tons of upper and lower banner and splashdam seams. Owner requires a $650,000 retainer fee (permits, bonding, etc) and 12% royalty fee on all coal mined fob pit price. All of the above have the same owner and can be bought for $12,500,000. A 18 million tons of gob and fines material available to purchase or lease. Owner will negotiate price.
