The client base consists of individuals and small to medium sized businesses. About 50% of the clients have active businesses. If there is a specialty it is in small to medium sized businesses, representation (people who owe taxes and/or IRS audits). Ideally, the buyer would occupy the existing facility if at all possible. Close to 90% of the clients visit the office for interviews. The tax season runs from February through October.
