For the past thirty-five years, the owner of this company has made ten strategic acquisitions that have positioned them as the sole Wisconsin distributor of "Hotsy" Hot-Water Pressure Washers. No other Hotsy distributor in America can make such a claim. The company offers over ninety models of hot-water pressure washers with capacities from 2 to 11 gallons per minute, pressures ranging from 1,000-3,500 PSI with options for different fuels and various electrical inputs. There are over thirty models of Automatic Parts Washers from front to top loading styles with parts capacities ranging from 500-2500 lbs. To complement the different pressure and parts washers is a complete and very profitable line of detergents to tackle the toughest grease and grime. The entire State of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula is supported by the company's three locations in Delafield, Green Bay and a consultant in Chippewa Falls that operates out of a garage/warehouse to service La Crosse and Eau Claire. A combination of inside sales, field service technicians and field sales personnel have developed and maintained a customer base of over 5,000 accounts. Those 5,000 accounts were recently integrated into a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database that is linked to a Global Positioning Satellite in each of the service techs and field sales vehicles. This new technology will drastically reduce costs and leverage every trip made, by automatically locating the closest customers, providing service history, allowing more efficient sales and customer service. Many of their (approximately 400) customers are on yearly service agreements that produce approximately 1000 service / maintenance calls per year. These service agreements are a great way to increase profitability as they can fill voids in the service schedule, increase part sales and drive new sales. They achieved the 14th highest sales total for the whole country in 2008 and have consistently ranked in the top twenty since 2000.
