LAND SURVEYING - This firm provides all types of property and topographic surveys for residential and commercial customers. Employing state of the art total stations and robotics by Topcon, GPS by Trimble, and Carlson Data Collectors to turn around both large and small field projects in a cost effective fashion. While these surveys are often stand alone projects or as the precursors for engineering projects, they also provide land surveying support for engineering and construction projects managed by other firms.
CONSTRUCTION STAKING - In addition to site plan design this firm offers construction staking for construction companies and developers. In addition to the actual field staking, they provide stakeout results in both hard copy and electronic AutoCAD drawings and/or coordinate files.
CIVIL ENGINEERING - Providing up front and remedial consultation for commercial, residential multi-family and single family residential subdivision development projects. Specific areas of practice include site plan layouts with grade and volume calculations, subdivision design, road and highway layout and grade design, storm water and erosion control design, water line design, sanitary sewer design, pump station design, construction supervision, and erosion prevention and sediment control for DHEC inspections.
They are intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements and procedures of the State of South Carolina and North Carolina. The firm is intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements and procedures of Spartanburg, Greenville, Union, Laurens, and Cherokee Counties and the various city codes and zoning requirements found within these counties, they are also familiar with the regulatory requirements of Polk, Rutherford, Buncombe, Catawba, Burke, Henderson, and Cleveland Counties of North Carolina.
