Thriving consulting business for has a book of business scheduled through 2012. Owner is primary consultant, and uses subcontractors as needed. Provides specialized services in environmental, health and safety consulting, as well provides management systems and assists with regulatory issues and audits. Operations manual (business model) is documented and included in the sale of the business. Owner is willing to stay on and assist new owner, to continue to service and grow the company. Owner will provide all contacts, introductions, database, and will train a qualified buyer if desired and if needed. Owner prefers to settle into retirement slowly. Owner is willing to stay on as needed as a consultant for a pre-defined period following the sale, to ensure a smooth transition, and to help ensure no loss of business revenue, due to new ownership. New owner base knowledge, skill, experience in and preferred certifications: MI Storm Water Operators Licenses, Quality in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 13485, TS-16949, MI OSHA. Owner will offer customized training to the buyers experience to ensure they have the skills to take up the book of business and continue its growth and profitability.
