This turnkey biodiesel production acquisition offers the Buyer opportunity to purchase a biodiesel equipment & production package, which includes installation inside an existing 25-year old refinery for operation and production by experienced professionals. This facility is ready to accept biodiesel production equipment and has the required infrastructure. The Seller will use an Operations & Management Agreement to operate the equipment on behalf of the Buyer, which includes but not limited to expertise in feedstock procurement, skilled equipment operators and experience in negotiating sales contracts. There are 5 biodiesel production systems for purchase ranging from 1 to 10 million gallons per year capacity. All equipment is new, modular, state-of-the-art and designed to accept a variety of raw feedstock to include high free fatty acid sources while producing ASTM grade biodiesel. This same package includes an automated, on-site, fuel island depot; a portion of production is designated for blending with diesel fuel for retail sales serving the airport, a trucking terminal and interstate traffic of a large southeast U.S city.
